About the Zero Volt Bedsheet
The Zero Volt Bedsheet is an earthing bedsheet, also known as an earthing mat or grounding sheet. What is an earthing (zero volt) bedsheet?

How does an earthing bedsheet work?

Check your earth point
Use a mains tester or ask an electrician to confirm that the socket you will use has a working earth connection. If it has none, have a proper earth point installed. Never connect the cord to live or neutral.
Spread the sheet over your mattress
Lay the sheet directly on the mattress and sleep on the sheet itself, in light clothing or with skin touching it, rather than on top of another sheet.
Connect the earthing cord
Attach the cord to the sheet and then to the earth point, following the setup instructions supplied (or ask us on WhatsApp or call +91 88742 06748). Make sure the cord is not trailing where someone could trip on it.
Sleep as usual
Keep the cord connected through the night. Your fan, cooler, AC and blankets can all be used as normal.

- As a general rule for conductive fabrics, wash gently, avoid bleach and fabric softener, dry completely and avoid high-heat ironing.
- Disconnect the cord before washing, and never wash the cord or plug.

What does the research say about earthing?
Earthing (grounding) has been looked at in a small number of pilot studies. A 2004 study by Ghaly and Teplitz followed 12 people who slept grounded for eight weeks and reported changes in night-time cortisol and in self-reported sleep, pain and stress.
Those studies are small, short and rely heavily on self-reported outcomes, and large placebo-controlled trials are still lacking. The Sleep Foundation’s own review likewise describes the evidence on sleep as limited.
