About the Zero Volt Pillow + Bedsheet Combo
The Zero Volt Pillow + Bedsheet Combo brings the Zero Volt Bedsheet and the Zero Volt Pillow Cover together in one order, so your body rests on the earthing bedsheet and your head and neck on the earthing pillow cover.
Both items have the same brass-coloured conductive grid and connect to your home’s earth point with earthing cords. See the Zero Volt Bedsheet guide for how earthing works, the full setup steps and the research notes.

Why choose the combo
The combo covers your whole sleeping surface in a single order, with one delivery and one set of instructions. The price equals the bedsheet and the pillow cover bought separately, so you can also build the same set from the individual product pages.
How to set up the combo
Check your earth point
Have the socket you will use tested with a mains tester or by an electrician. Never connect a cord to live or neutral.
Spread the bedsheet and fit the pillow cover
Lay the bedsheet over the mattress and slip the pillow cover onto your pillow, so skin contacts the conductive fabric.
Connect the earthing cords
Attach each cord to its item and then to the earth point, following the setup instructions supplied.
Sleep as usual
Keep the cords connected overnight and continue to use your fan, AC and blankets as normal.
Never place the sheet over an electric blanket or heated mattress pad.
Safety: read before you use
