About the Zero Volt Pillow Cover
The Zero Volt Pillow Cover is an earthing pillow cover with its own earthing cord. It gives your head and neck contact with conductive fabric, and it can be used on its own or together with the Zero Volt Bedsheet.
It works on the same principle as the earthing bedsheet: the cord links the conductive grid to your home’s earth point. See the Zero Volt Bedsheet guide for the full explanation, setup steps and research notes.

How to set up the pillow cover
Check your earth point
Have the socket you will use tested with a mains tester or by an electrician. Never connect the cord to live or neutral.
Fit the cover
Slip the cover onto your pillow so your skin or hair touches the conductive fabric.
Connect the earthing cord
Attach the cord to the cover and then to the earth point, following the setup instructions supplied.
Rest as usual
Keep the cord connected and out of walkways for as long as you use the pillow.
